These Equine Fine Art Portraits of DV Sangria (“Blake”) are everything and then some. This exquisite 8-year-old, Arabian mare is a Multi-National Performance Halter Champion and Multi-National Western Pleasure Top Ten owned by Kristin, H. at Allegretto Stables in Oconomowoc, WI.
One of Kristin’s favourite things about Blake is her goofy personality, which was on full display during our session between her captivating poses. Kristin was looking for some impactful fine art portraits of Blake to commemorate their journey and accomplishments together while really capturing that fine art feel so we made sure to capture her elegant neck, soft eyes, and commanding presence during their shoot.
When they’re not competing, this pair spends time together just hanging out at the barn where her mom, who shares her passion for horses, joins them. The only thing that might be more amazing than horses is having a beloved parent who shares your passion and is your personal cheerleader for all your equestrian dreams!
